I lead my team with trust, authenticity, courage, and vulnerability. These principles have allowed me to lead my team with our humanity intact.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Jennifer \u201cJen\u201d Paragas Teves is currently the Research Director for Experience Design (XD) at Best Buy Co., Inc., Minnesota. She previously worked as an Experience Design Researcher for Target Corporation, Veritas Technologies, and Honeywell International. Jen has a Doctorate degree in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University, Kansas, where she specialized in studying intuitive visualization of information. She worked in the domains of retail, hospitality, automation, aviation, driving, consumer and enterprise software, and usability of physical and digital products. For the past three years, she\u2019s been teaching graduate-level courses in Experience Design as an adjunct professor at Kent State University&#8217;s School of Information in Ohio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_____________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assumption College.
